1. The supplier promises to strictly follow the standards in the ISO9000 system for pre-sales, during sales, and after-sales services.
2. If personnel need to be dispatched to the site, the supplier's after-sales service personnel guarantee to arrive at the service site within the specified time. The specified time is 48 hours within 1000 kilometers of the service site and the supplier's factory site, and 72 hours above 1000 kilometers. If both parties agree otherwise, they can arrive within the agreed time.

Commitment to product quality:

1. The supplier strictly adheres to the requirements of the ISO9000 quality system and conducts quality control throughout the entire process, including after-sales service, to ensure that all products sold to the buyer comply with relevant national standards or product quality standards.
2. If there are quality issues with the products sold by the supplier to the purchaser, our company will provide free service. In addition, if the quality issues of the products are caused by improper use by the purchaser, the supplier will only charge a cost fee.
3. The supplier's products are calculated from the date of delivery to the purchaser, and the warranty period is one year.
