Product Overview:

CY14 axial piston pump is an axial piston pump with oil distribution plate and rotating cylinder block. Because the hydraulic static balance structure is adopted between the sliding shoe and the variable head, and between the oil distribution pan and the cylinder block, it has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, high efficiency, long life, light weight and strong self-priming ability compared with other types of pumps. It is suitable for machine tools, forging, metallurgy, engineering, mining and other machinery and other hydraulic transmission systems. The pump can also be used as a hydraulic motor only by changing the motor oil distribution pan.

Working Principle:

The main part (see structure profile) is driven by the drive shaft to rotate the cylinder block, so that the seven plungers evenly distributed on the cylinder block rotate around the center line of the drive shaft, and the slide shoe in the column slide assembly is pressed against the variable head (or swash plate) through the center spring. In this way, the plunger reciprocates with the rotation of the cylinder block to complete the oil absorption and oil pressure action.
This type of pump relies on internally controlled (and can also be externally controlled) oil pressure to manipulate variable mechanisms. The pressure adjustment range of the pump is relatively small, and the flow rate is rapidly reduced to the required high pressure flow value after the oil pressure is variable at 3~4Mpa. This kind of pump is actually equivalent to high and low pressure combined pump, and the driving power selection of the pump can be calculated by referring to the power selection method of the pressure compensation variable pump.
The high-pressure oil from the main body enters the lower flange cavity (d), and when the spring force is greater than the liquid pressure acting on the lower end area of the push rod, it pushes the variable piston downward to increase the flow rate of the pump. When the liquid pressure acting on the lower end area of the push rod is greater than the force of the spring, the variable piston moves upward, reducing the flow of the pump.
When adjusting variable characteristics, according to the required flow and pressure change range, adjust the adjusting sleeve, so that the flow of the pump final pressure no longer changes, and then adjust the adjusting screw to make the pump flow just changed when the initial pressure to meet the requirements.
